I’ve been adding some really cool photo widgets to our sites and our social networking sites as well. There are so many creative ones out there these days, it is really hard to pic the best ones. Just when I would find one I thought was cool, I’d stumble on another one. Check them out and create some for your photos.
We’ve been busy adding our info to most of the main social networking sites - if you are a frequent visitor to any of them, be sure to add us to your friends list. If you are a member of others you feel we should join, let us know.
I found this really cool looking widget for posting all your sound files on one player. It allows your listeners to just hit play once and it plays the entire playlist. They have several different skins that you can use depending on the look you want. It is free, but you can also pay for it to remove some of the promotional tags, which I did. It does cost a little to get the code, but I found it to be much more elegant than most of the freeware out there and wanted it to be attractive on our home page. It is also a bit tricky to install at first, but I’m happy to assist if anyone decides to add it to their site. We have recently added the SitePal talking characters to our website. I love this application, very creative, it is easy to use and they have really set up with some great features. I feel it gives a bit of a personal touch to our site and yes, it is modeled after me .
