It gives me a complete workout inside and out. The soundscapes creates within me enormous amounts of life force energies so much so that I can go days without sleep only brief periods of rest, exercise. These are the most powerful CD's I have ever worked with bar none. Just one experience was seeing inside my body form a blue circuit board in the shape of my body form it was absolutely incredible. There have been other experiences like knowing I was in my physical being and then experiences no seperation with existence. I absolutely excited that I found this music to fast track evolution for myself and as many others who want to accelerate their own evolution.
