It will help you to understand the process a bit better and to feel more comfortable about downloading your sound files now as opposed to getting CDs. Take a look.
This video does not explain squat about how to use the application on PC, Windows XP. So if thats what you have does waste your time watching it.
Actually it does help with Windows XP, but not with Windows 7 – I have heard there are some challenges getting 7 to work. I also just hear that for Mac users there is a new player that plays FLAC files without having to convert – http://cogx.org/
