I can feel the energies directly at work on the heart chakra - like an actual heart massage - and on the Ajna centre. For me, this energy sometimes has a "liquid" feel to it. I've also experienced seeing geometrics shapes, with pulsating currents of colour. I'll try to draw a rendition of this.
